Sound Data Science commits to delivering Training on a commercially reasonable efforts basis, ensuring quality and relevance.
3. Fees
All Training fees, including those for relevant materials and tools, are clearly listed on our Website. When purchasing a course, we assume that you provide truthful information about your name, location, and whether you are buying privately or as a business. Identifying yourself as a business while you are a private purchaser is not allowed. Misrepresenting your buyer status may lead to tax implications and violates our terms. The information provided by you is used to calculate the correct VAT so we can be tax-compliant.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that purchasing a high-value course is a significant decision. To help you make an informed choice, we encourage you to first explore the free content available, including:
- A free 1-hour course module
- My videos on our YouTube channel, presented in the same teaching style
If you decide to purchase the course, you are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You may view up to the first three course modules, which include:
- Electromagnetic PCB design (also available for free)
- Controlled impedance lines
- Passive components
- If, after reviewing these modules, you feel the course is not a good fit, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- To request a refund, you must book a short 1-on-1 call with the course creator. This conversation helps us understand your concerns and improve the course and website experience.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You access course content beyond the third module.
- Your refund request is made after the 14-day window.
This policy is in place to protect the value of the course and the efforts of all paying students.
Important Notes on Refunds
Refund processing involves administrative costs, including:
- Payment processor fees (non-refundable)
- Manual invoice adjustments
- Additional accounting workload

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Course Access

- Upon purchase, participants are granted lifetime access to the course materials, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to update or retire course content due to changes in technology, platforms, or business operations.
- If purchased by a business, the license is linked to one named user and is non-transferable.
- Each course license is for a single user only. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
- Course materials are the intellectual property of Sound Data Science and cannot be shared or resold.
6. General Rules
- Do not share your login or course materials.
- Do not try to access accounts that aren't yours.
- Do not share forum content outside the course.
- Do not present course or free content as your own.
- Do not attempt to hack or bypass our systems.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information with care. These obligations remain for three years after the agreement ends.
