- General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of hans-rosenberg.com ("Website"), owned and operated by Sound Data Science ("Sound Data Science", "we", "us", or "our"), engaging in the purchase of online courses. All Training fees, including those for relevant materials and tools, are clearly listed on our Website. When purchasing a course, we assume that you provide truthful information about your name, location and whether you are buying privately or as a business. Identifying yourself as a business while you are a private purchaser is not allowed. (Misrepresenting your buyer status may lead to tax implications and violates our terms.). The information provided by you is used to calculate the correct VAT so we can be tax-compliant.
- Cancellations and Refunds

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. In case of a refund, weâd really like to know what the reason is for the refund so that we may be able to prevent this issue in the future. Refunds will be issued within 10 days using your original payment method.
- Intellectual Property Rights and course access
All content, including Training materials, e-books, and design files, provided on hans-rosenberg.com or during our Training sessions, is the exclusive property of Sound Data Science. This encompasses all forms of intellectual property, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, and design files.
Participants in our Training sessions are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Training materials and design files for their personal, non-commercial development purposes only.Â
- Upon purchase, participants are granted lifetime access to the course materials, subject to these Terms and Conditions. âLifetime accessâ refers to the lifetime of the course â that is, as long as the course is available and supported on our platform.
- We reserve the right to update or retire course content if necessary, for example due to outdated technology, platform changes, or changes in business operations. In the unlikely event that Sound Data Science ceases operations or the course can no longer be maintained (for instance, due to the passing of the course creator), access may eventually be discontinued. In such a case, we will do our best to provide reasonable notice or downloadable alternatives if feasible.
- In cases where a course is purchased by an organization or employer on behalf of an individual, the purchasing entity is considered the Client and retains ownership of the course license. Access is granted to a specific individual user and is non-transferable. If that individual is no longer affiliated with the purchaser (e.g., leaves the company), their access will be revoked. A new license must be purchased for any replacement users.
- Each course license is intended for a single user only. Sharing of access credentials or course content with others is strictly prohibited.

- General rules
- Youâre not allowed to share your account or password with anyone else. The purchase of a single course means it is allowed to be used by a single user. Each student must have made his/her own purchase. Our platform monitors misuse in a number of ways and if we detect misuse we will block your account without the option of a refund.
- Youâre not allowed to try and access a course account that is not yours.
- Youâre not allowed to share any information on the course forums with parties outside of the course forums for reason that there could be intellectual property infringement. For instance, sharing a design posted on the forum.
- Youâre not allowed to share content from the course or my free material elsewhere and present it as your own.
- Youâre not allowed to âhackâ our systems in order to gain access to course materials or otherwise.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat each other's confidential information with the same degree of care as their own. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of these terms for a period of three years.Â
- Data Protection
